Logistics Centre STEF

During the construction of the new 8,500 m² warehouse for fresh and frozen goods, Bouygues Energies & Services carried out extensive work in the fields of electrics, security & automation, ICT services and sanitation.

Plaines-du-Loup Eco-District

Above Lausanne, the 30-hectare Plaines-du-Loup eco-district has the ambition to welcome around 8,000 residents and create 3,000 jobs by 2034. The project intends to use cutting-edge technology while also meeting the city’s environmental, social and economic needs.

Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL)

EPFL asked Bouygues Energies & Services to manage and undertake the complete renewal of its heating and cooling infrastructure. Their goal: moving away from fossil fuels towards 100% re-newable energy. In its capacity as general contractor, Bouygues Energies & Services was re-sponsible for all aspects of the project, from design to implementation.

Eco-Hotel Ucliva

Ucliva was the first eco hotel in Switzerland, thanks to its use of natural resources for heating generation. To ensure guests have a pleasant stay at all times, Bouygues Energies & Services supported the Hotel Ucliva with various renovation work services - from installation of pellet heating to the electrical installation of a vehicle and bicycle charging station.

Waldhaus Flims Grand Hotel & Spa

Thanks to Bouygues Energies & Services, the Waldhaus Flims was equipped with innovative building technology solutions and was able to open in renewed glory. The project held several challenges, such as sensitive building fabric or façades that were partially listed as protected. Several trades were involved - hence, a classic multitec project.

Alpinamed AG

Alpinamed is among the leading manufacturers of speciality and standard extracts. In the course of the modernisation, our St.Gallen branch performed work in the electrical, heating, ventilation and security trades in the production facilities and offices.

Electrical, security and automation installations for the Ruby Hotel

Situated right at the heart of Geneva’s Old Town, Hotel Ruby, with its 221 rooms spread over seven floors, combines three historical buildings dating from 1900 to 1993 that were previously used as offices. Discover how Bouygues Energies & Services provided new electrical installations, security facilities and automation/building management solutions to bring the new hotel to life.

Multitech services for Swiss Quality Testing Services (SQTS)

Bouygues Energies & Services installed the ventilation, heating, cooling and sanitary systems and building automation technology at the SQTS premises

Large-scale works at BIT

Bouygues Energies & Services was tasked with the overhaul of the high- and low-voltage electrical installations. Also assigned to Bouygues Energies & Services was the control of all the systems, including managing the heating, air conditioning, lighting and openings for all of the workstations.

Hotel Edelweiss / Hotel Post, Sils Maria

The Hotel Post was taken over by the owner of the Hotel Edelweiss in 2019. Several modifications were needed in the area of high- and low-voltage and ICT in the course of this takeover. Our employees implemented these reliably to ensure simplified joint administration of the two hotels.

Hotel Krebs Interlaken

Hospitality takes pride of place for Hotel Krebs, which is steeped in tradition. To ensure the guest experience is as pleasant as possible, the decision was taken to provide 44 rooms with individual air-conditioning as part of a partial expansion and in cooperation with Bouygues Energies & Services.

Hotel Hemizeus Zermatt

Ecology and economics are in harmony in Hotel Hemizeus. Among other things, the order for Bouygues Energies & Services included electrical installations, façades/roof renovation with new photovoltaic system, other renovation work and relocation of the server. Thanks to the photovoltaic system, the hotel can now produce the electricity for all of its own requirements by itself.

The Specialised Working Group BIM/VDC

For almost two years, the Specialised Working Group BIM/VDC of Bouygues Energies & Services in Swit-zerland had only held virtual meetings via Teams. The first physical meeting since 2019 took place on the premises of Empa. Bouygues Energies & Services enjoys an enlightening, fruitful partnership with the research institution of the ETH Domain.

The inauguration of EFPL’s thermal power plant took place today in the presence of Martin Vetterli, EPFL president and Vassilis Venizelos, State Councillor for the Canton of Vaud. Bouygues Energies & Services is extremely proud to have successfully completed this comprehensive modernisation of EPFL’s thermal infrastructure.

Rescue operations in and on skyscrapers pose major challenges for emergency services and building managers alike. In order to be prepared for an emergency, Schutz & Rettung Zurich practised rescuing cleaning staff from a window cleaning gondola at the Prime Tower at a height of about 80 metres.
